This Privacy Policy is entered into by and between Iron Duelist Inc. (referred to as "we", "us", or "our") and you, the user (referred to as "you" or "your"), and governs the collection, use, storage, disclosure, and protection of your personal information when you access or use our mobile game Iron Duelist (the "Game", "Service").
1. Information We Collect
We collect two categories of information from users of the Game: Sensitive Personal Information (collected first, as required) and Non-Sensitive Personal Information.
1.1 Sensitive Personal Information (Collected with Explicit Consent Where Required)
Sensitive personal information is defined under U.S. state privacy laws and includes data that can reveal your identity, location, or private communications. We only collect this information when necessary for the Game's functionality, and we clearly disclose how, from whom, and for what purpose we collect it:

Retention Period: Retained for the duration of your active account. Upon account deletion, we will delete this information within 15 business days, unless required by law to retain it.

Precise Geolocation Data

How We Collect: Collected only if you explicitly grant location permission to the Game via your device settings, when you use location-based features such as regional matchmaking, local tournaments, or "nearby players".

From Whom We Collect: Only users who actively enable location-based features.

Purpose of Collection: To match you with players in your region, provide localized in-game events, and comply with regional content restrictions.

Retention Period: Only temporarily stored during active use of location features. We do not retain your geolocation data after you close the feature or disable location permissions.

Microphone & Camera Access

How We Collect: Collected only if you explicitly grant microphone/camera permissions to the Game via your device settings, when you use in-game voice chat, live streaming, or video-based PvP features.

From Whom We Collect: Only users who actively use voice/video communication features.

Purpose of Collection: To facilitate real-time voice and video communication between players during gameplay.

Retention Period: We do not record, store, or share your voice or video content. Data is transmitted in real-time only and is destroyed immediately after the communication ends.

Contact List/Address Book Data

How We Collect: Collected only if you explicitly grant contact list permission to the Game via your device settings, when you use the "Invite Friends" or "Add Friends from Contacts" feature.

From Whom We Collect: Only users who actively use the friend invitation feature.

Purpose of Collection: Solely to help you find and add existing contacts as in-game friends.

Retention Period: We only access your contact list temporarily to match friends. We do not store your contact list data after the matching process is complete.

1.2 Non-Sensitive Personal Information
We also collect non-sensitive personal information that is necessary for the operation of the Game:

Account Information: Username, in-game nickname, password (stored as a hashed value, never in plain text), email address, and phone number (for account recovery and security).

Gameplay Data: Match history, in-game progress, inventory, purchase/transaction records, chat logs, friend lists, and in-game behavior data.

Device & Technical Data: Device model, operating system version, network type (Wi-Fi/4G/5G), IP address, and crash logs.

Payment Information: We do not store your full credit card, debit card, or payment credentials. All payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers (Apple App Store, Google Play, etc.). We only retain transaction IDs, purchase amounts, and timestamps for order fulfillment and customer support.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information only for the following legitimate, lawful, and disclosed purposes:

Service Providers: We share limited information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Game, such as payment processors, cloud hosting providers, anti-cheat services, and analytics providers. 4. Data Retention and Deletion
4.1 Retention Policy
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

Transaction Data: Retained for a minimum of 7 years to comply with tax and accounting regulations.

Gameplay Data: Retained for the duration of your active account, or for 3 years after your last activity for analytics and security purposes.
4.2 Deletion of Your Information
You have the right to request the deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Account Deletion: You may request to delete your account and all associated personal information at any time via the in-game "Account Settings" menu, or by contacting us directly. Upon receipt of your request, we will verify your identity and delete your account and all personal data within 15 business days, except for data we are required to retain by law (e.g., transaction records).

Right to Withdraw Consent: You may withdraw your consent for the collection of sensitive information (e.g., location, microphone, camera) at any time by disabling permissions in your device settings. Upon withdrawal, we will immediately stop collecting that data and delete any existing data we have stored, where legally permissible.

Automatic Deletion: If your account is inactive for 180 consecutive days, we will notify you via email. If you do not respond within 30 days, we will delete your account and associated personal information, except for data required by law.

Service Termination: If the Game is discontinued, we will notify users 30 days in advance and delete all user personal information within 15 business days of termination, except for data required by law.
5. Your Rights Under U.S. Privacy Laws
As a user residing in the United States, you have the following rights under applicable federal and state privacy laws (including CCPA/CPRA, CDPA, CPA, etc.):

6. Children's Privacy
The Game is not intended for use by children under the age of 13, in compliance with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will immediately delete that information. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.
7. Security of Your Information
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include encryption, access controls, regular security audits, and employee training. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time, to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or business operations. When we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated policy in the Game, on our website, or via email. Your continued use of the Game after the effective date of the updated policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
